WHAT DO I DO? An Executive management consultant that provides services to energy utilities and other companies. I am vendor-independent thus I offer advice based upon my 34 years of experience. I specialize in Communication Reviews, Strategic Assessments, and Change Management (Operational Readiness) efforts. These are most often associated with three of the most common utility information systems: Geographical Information Systems (GIS), Work Management Systems (WMS) and Outage Management/TroubleCall Systems (OMS/TCS). I own my company, and that's a dream come true. Being my own boss allows me to often work on a single project at a time, thus performing at my best for the client. Scheduling my own work also allows me to control my travel and have time to spend with my family. PERSONAL INTERESTS I've been an Amateur Radio operator for almost 30 years and my callsign is WB5UDI. I especially enjoy "talking" to other ham radio operators using voice and often with the Morse Code. I am an Electrical Engineer, having graduated from Louisiana State University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree. I love to read and to go camping with my family -- tent style. I have always enjoyed astronomy and I built my own 6-inch Newtonian reflector when I was 16. I now own a Meade LX-90 (a computerized 8-inch Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope) and use it whenever the weather permits.     The Lord called me to Himself back in 1993 and serving Him and learning more about Him has been, and will forever be, my most intense passion. You won't be around me any time at all before you will see that I'm a little different from most men my age (57). We won't have too many discussions before His name will come up somehow, someway. I greatly enjoy telling others how the Lord changed me in such a dramatic way.
